Coffee Shop Market October 2007 and again in 2008. coffeeheaven is a contemporary, lifestyle café concept, which is both new and original in Central Europe. coffeeheaven is redefining the Central European speciality coffee/sandwich bar market with a level of quality in product and service comparable to similar concepts anywhere in the world. coffeeheaven group stores can now be found in Poland (where coffeeheaven is market leader), Czech Republic, Latvia, Bulgaria and Hungary. As development continues in these markets it is expected that coffeeheaven stores will open in other countries of Central Europe in the near future. In November 2001 coffeeheaven was 'listed' on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange - the first Polish based business to be on this Exchange. The public listing of its shares provides coffeeheaven with direct access to London’s huge capital markets and gives the Company the credibility and independence to rapidly roll out new stores across Central Europe. Importantly it also allows our customers, employees and members of the general public to participate in coffeeheaven’s success through share ownership. More than 50% of the Group's total employee's are shareholders in the company.
coffeeheaven’s target markets stretch north /south across Central Europe from the Baltic States to Bulgaria; a total population of some 100M. coffeeheaven aspires to deliver ‘a one world coffeeheaven experience™’ wherever our customers may be travelling in Central Europe. coffeeheaven is already market leader in the branded coffee/sandwich bar sector in Central Europe. coffeeheaven targets to take the first or second position in the branded coffee/sandwich bar retailer sector in each Central European market it enters. To retain brand integrity and maintain our high standards in product and service coffeeheaven intends to retain direct management of all its stores and does not franchise.
