We Sell What We Know

coffeeheaven offers a variety of high quality drinks and food, all
prepared to our own precisely defined standards.

Our café menu is flexible. It can be adapted to suit each location and its clientele - from office workers or commuters to shoppers, students and tourists. Providing a location is right for coffeeheaven, we can tailor our menu to match it.

Superb coffee is central to the coffeeheaven concept. Our own blend espresso and filter coffee drinks are expertly made, using only the highest quality coffee beans. coffeeheaven front- of- house and management staff undergo intensive coffee training by a top UK Barista and on-going training from our in-house experts. But great coffee is only part of the coffeeheaven story. Customers
can also enjoy a wide range of food and other drinks. Our menus include:

Fresh wraps, sandwiches, panini, tostati and salads, cakes and confectionery including brownies, cookies, gateaux, and pastries. Home made juices, soft and branded drinks.
Selected coffee making equipment for the home and gift items.

Some stores offer an expanded food line including new hot food offerings.

 

Our Customer Service Ethic

At coffeeheaven our customers come first and our service standards are benchmarked to reflect this.

coffeeheaven staff are in the first instance trained by a leading professional UK Barista in the processes of making and presenting great coffee.  From grinding, extracting and presentation, to machine maintenance, cleaning and quality control, coffeeheaven’s training puts our staff ahead of the competition.

We monitor staff performance carefully, and reward success. Our team is always motivated and committed - and coffeeheaven customers see the benefit.

Inside and out, each coffeeheaven store reflects the brand by working with, rather than competing against, each site’s features and character. 

coffeeheaven's design guide gives brand guidance to local designers, but leaves them free to make the most of each site's unique properties. Powerful in-store graphics blend with a strong store design to provide that very distinct ‘coffeeheaven experience’.

coffeeheaven’s marketing is innovative using sales promotions like meal deals, loyalty incentives together with newsletters and in-store Wifi to attract new customers and build lasting relationships with existing ones.

 

Our Responsibility to Society

Many of Central Europe youngest citizens need support to help them develop the skills they need to share in the prosperity of  ‘new ’ Europe.

coffeeheaven is one of 70 leading companies in Poland who are proud to be members and active supporters of ‘Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility’. Unlike many charitable organisations, the FCSR is focused on ‘action’ not ‘words’, which is why they have our support.

Founded by Bill Chasey (formally of the Red Cross and many of the world’s leading charities) this wonderful organisation provides practical day-to-day support to some of Poland’s poorest children.
